 Rachael Reichenbach

Principal & Founder of Resist Reimagine

Rachael Reichenbach is the principal and founder of Resist Reimagine, a consultancy that supports organizations through the process of moving towards their deepest aspirations. Operating from a healing-informed, anti-oppression framework and offering tools & practices from deep equity and systems thinking, Rachael supports individuals and teams to work in a way that is values-aligned and objectives-based.

Rachael’s approach is both systematic and systemic. Systematic in that she is methodical, working from the perceived issue to the actual issue to what is possible to taking action. Systemic in that she that enables people to look deeply at what is and what is aspired to in order to inform wise and skillful action.

Over the past ten years Rachael has facilitated & collaborated on social change processes in a variety of settings - from political education & organizing, to anti-racism culture shift, to community food systems activation & network weaving.

Rachael’s facilitation is rooted in Training for Change’s group-centered, direct education approach. She has worked with and learned from a talented network of systems change practitioners including The Garfield Foundation, The Institute for Strategic Clarity, and The School of Systems Change and engaged in anti-oppression training with White People Confronting Racism, White Awake, and VISIONS, Inc.

Rachael is currently living off the grid at Wild Hydrangea, an intentional community in northern Alabama, on the ancestral land of the Cherokee, Shawnee, and Yuchi. Here she is practicing the arts of community, patience, sharing, emergence, and avoiding poison ivy.
