Michael Randel is a master practitioner with deep experience in organizational change, facilitation and coaching developed over the last 30 years. His work with leaders and their teams across a range of industries in more than 25 countries is valued by his clients for bringing new perspectives, shifting relationships in a positive direction, and making an impact. Michael partners with clients to co-create and implement practical solutions that produce results. Michael works with client organizations in the science, education, finance, health, public and non-profit arenas. He is a master facilitator, recognized as a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators since 2010 and winner of two Facilitation Impact Awards. He is trained in a wide variety of facilitation and change tools, and is equally adept working in-person and virtually.
