Liesbeth (Liz) Kieboom is an organizational consultant with a track record in organizational anthropology, change management and human resource management. In group facilitation or individual coaching processes she accompanied, management development, employee engagement and power dynamics are recurring elements. Liz worked in international corporate, governmental and non-governmental settings, such as media, universities, multinationals, multilateral agencies and (I)NGOs. She built experience in a variety of fields: restructuring and staffing of teams and organizations, value chain and business development, gender equity, education, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and child and adolescent development in Europe, Latin America and Africa. Liz is passionate about organizational culture and allows people to bring themselves to the table through their habits, beliefs, values and drivers. She  likes to open up the conversation and leaves a positive social footprint in the organization. Liz brings calm and introspection to the table, works towards a safe environment of equals and loves to spark creativity. Liz has a positive, down-to-earth and trusting outlook on life. She lives in both Nicaragua and the Netherlands. Sports, family and friends ground her. Art, salsa dancing and travel add that extra bit of flavor to life.
