Jessica Fan is a systems change consultant with expertise in designing learning experiences to spread innovative practices, tools, and mindsets. With a background in human-centered design, technology, and knowledge strategy, Jessica creates learning platforms and programs that are outcomes-based, action-oriented, and scalable. While at Reos Partners, she was the lead designer of the Emergency Aid Roadmap (funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) – an innovative 18-month program that teaches cohorts of colleges to implement effective emergency aid programs (a cross-organizational challenge). The EA Roadmap utilizes a unique portfolio of learning modalities to enable the success of the cohort, including adaptive leadership training, coaching, group facilitation, a technology platform, and custom-developed tools. The first cohort of 10 colleges experienced major breakthroughs within the first month of the program. Previously, Jessica was a founding partner of Journey CX – an innovation consultancy enabling organizations to foster human-centered and agile culture from within. Passionate about bringing down cultural barriers, she also co-founded two education technology companies that have delivered language education to over 1 million users.
