Fernando has solid experience in management of social and economic programs and projects, with an emphasis on Human Rights, Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility. Experience in the design, management and evaluation of training strategies and digital communication for social change. High capacity to negotiate internationally, financial management and resource management.
Sociologist, master’s degree in Business Administration, master’s degree in Applied Economics and a postgraduate degree in Senior Management from INCAE. Undergraduate and master’s university professor at the American University (UAM) and national and international lecturer.
Fernando was an advisor to the Government of Colombia, in the design of the edu-entertainment strategy with a focus on DSDR and to the Government of Venezuela for the incorporation of masculinity and gender issues with the cabinet. He is a national and international consultant for design processes of Digital Communication and Training strategies in Gender, Masculinity and Human Rights approaches.
