Diane specializes in accelerating change in emerging leaders, women and other diverse groups to help them reach their full potential through leadership development and coaching. She is the CEO and Founder of iCatalyze, a consulting firm offering innovative leadership development training, group coaching and one-on-one coaching. Diane has more than 11 years of academic experience with Georgetown University where she specializes in designing and delivering transformational leadership development programs for leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She has given workshops and speeches to legislators, mayors, directors of public institutions, entrepreneurs, business executives, young scientists and women leaders, among other groups.
Diane has a special talent for recognizing and cultivating the potential in others, serving as a catalyst for personal and professional growth. Through her coaching, facilitating and teaching, she draws from methodologies such as adaptive leadership, strengths-based leadership developed by Gallup, emotional intelligence and mindfulness to support each individual in their development. Diane is a certified leadership coach with 500+ coaching hours serving one-on-one clients and also providing coaching services for Landit.com, an online platform that promotes the professional development of women and other minority groups. She has coached professionals from companies such as WeWork, Bloomberg, Infor, Workday, National Geographic, Morgan Stanley, Uber Eats, Burger King and Tim Horton’s, among others. Diane holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Master’s Degree in Social Responsibility from Anahuac University in Mexico. She has a Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and postgraduate studies in leadership from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
